Michel PHILIPPE, his daughter Sylvie PHILIPPE-WITDOUCK Maître de maison and his two sons Edouard and Henri WITDOUCK.

More than a century ago, the Hôtel des Bas-Rupts was the inn on the pass, the hiker's stopover, the horse relay, the café, the grocery store, the bakery, then the gas pump and the hamlet's only telephone.

The hotel-restaurant is still run by the same family.

Michel PHILIPPE arrived in 1960 and took the inn to a very high level of gastronomy, followed by his daughter Sylvie PHILIPPE- WITDOUCK, who made it a member of Relais & Châteaux in 2001.

Today, Sylvie's sons Edouard and Henri WITDOUCK, young hotel professionals, are committed to providing you with exceptional moments in a warm and friendly setting.

The art of good hospitality, good living and sharing moments of happiness runs in the family!

Traditions have been passed down from parents to children with faith and passion.

The buffet offers a wide selection of local, fresh, seasonal products. The breads are homemade by our baker and pastry chef. Eggs, omelettes and crèpes are cooked in front of you. In summer, tables are set under the pergola, surrounded by flowers.

Our free covered car park is available on arrival.

There are 3 charging stations for electric vehicles.
